Old Town, San Diego

Old Town in San Diego was a charming place, complete with one of the oldest school houses in the county, a huge variety of drinks, Mexican food, and surprises (a donkey?!).

  1. Ooh I been there, I been there! So cool to see your perspective of Old Town my friend. So many awesome photos and things that I didn’t see on our visit. Were you allowed to pat the donkey? so cute.

  2. Jacqueline, thanks for the info. Not that I would go out and buy the same camera or lense. I recently bought a Canon t2i and have come to the realization that it’s not the camera but the talent behind it. You’ve got a good eye. I hope I can train mine!

  3. i travel back and forth between sf and san diego (from sf, been living in sd for years, but moving to sf next month) so it was a lovely surprise to see this post on san diego. :) hope you had a good time!

  4. Wow! I love all the chalk board shots – that looks like one heck of a place to photograph. And, this may seem weird, but I don’t know if I’ve ever really LOOKED at a donkey until now. Their faces are so interesting!
